End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the application provider ("Licensor"). By downloading, installing, or using this application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the application on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.

  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the application.

  • Use the application for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.

  • Circumvent or interfere with the application's security features.

4. User Content

The application allows you to create and edit videos using your own photos, videos, music, and other media.

You retain ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, export, or share.

You agree not to create or distribute content that:

  • Violates any applicable law.

  • Infringes intellectual property rights.

  • Contains unlawful, abusive, hateful, violent, or sexually explicit material.

  • Violates another person's privacy or rights.

5. Face Data

The application does not collect, store, analyze, or use facial recognition data or biometric face data.

If you select photos containing people, those images are used only to provide the requested editing and video creation features.

The application does not use facial data for:

  • Identification

  • Authentication

  • User profiling

  • Advertising

  • Analytics

The application does not retain facial data after processing and does not share facial data with third parties.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time purchases.

Payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings.

7. Third-Party Services

The application may use trusted third-party services, including:

  • Google AdMob

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • RevenueCat

  • Apple In-App Purchases

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the application, including software, graphics, user interface, trademarks, and other intellectual property, remain the property of the Licensor or its licensors.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the application.

11. Termination

This Agreement remains effective until terminated.

The Licensor may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must discontinue all use of the application.

12. Updates

The Licensor may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, or new features at any time.

Some updates may be required for continued use of the application.

13. Changes to this Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time.

Continued use of the application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensor operates.

16. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded the application through the Apple App Store:

  • This Agreement is between you and the Licensor, not Apple.

  • Apple is not responsible for the application or its content.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and may enforce its terms.
